This introductory level 1 fitness orientation includes: a cardio and weight equipment overview with emphasis on proper use and technique, reviewing sample fitness plans, how to set and measure personal fitness goals, and developing individual fitness plans for the term. Students who complete the fitness orientation this term will be able to check back next term for level 2! This orientation is open to all persons registered for Bandit Community Fitness and Student Fitness.

This fitness review is open to all persons who have completed the level 1 fitness orientation and registered for Bandit Fitness or Student Fitness.

Games are open to all persons registered for Bandit Community Fitness (including punch cards) or Student Fitness. All participants must sign in on the 3rd floor of Patriot Hall.
Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes.
