Patriot Hall is an academic and community resource for health and fitness. Clatsop Community College believes in offering classes and activities that enrich lives, providing a facility that inspires learning, and creating opportunities for students and community to come together through healthy programs and activities.

Student & Employee Fitness

Students taking one academic credit or more per term, regular employees* (and their eligible dependents ages 16+) and current part-time employees (including part-time instructors and temps) may use the Patriot Hall facilities at no additional charge. All users must sign up to use the facilities each term. Please review the Rules and Regulations for use and follow the registration instructions below.

* A "regular employee" is an individual who is currently being paid wages for work performed for the College—includes both full-time and .5 fte. This does not include independent contractors.

This term, we encourage you to register online through your MyCCC account. It is easy and shouldn't take long! Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

 

To register online:

1. Review Rules and Regulations for use. Please read these carefully before registering to use the facility. All participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all Patriot Hall Rules and Regulations. 

2. Go to MyCCC portal

3. Sign in with your CCC username, CCC ID#, or Social Security # and password

4. Under “Registration,” select “Register with Instructor's Code (Waitlisted or Permission-Only Courses)." If you did not receive the code via email, you can request the code by emailing patriothall@clatsopcc.edu (link sends e-mail).

5. Make sure your Contact Information is up to date (we will use this to notify you of upcoming Patriot Hall closures and special hours)

6. Follow the directions on screen

Please note: If you have already registered to use Patriot Hall this academic year (2018-2019), we have your Liability Waiver on file and there is no need to fill out another. If you have not registered to use Patriot Hall this academic year, please print out the appropriate Liability Release Form below and bring your completed form to the Welcome Center before you use the facility.

 

To register in person:

1. Review Rules and Regulations for use. Please read these carefully before registering to use the facility. All participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all Patriot Hall Rules and Regulations. 

2. Fill out the appropriate Fitness Registration form (at the beginning of each term) and Liability Release form (once per academic year):

Adult Fitness Forms (ages 18+)

Minor Fitness Forms (ages 16-17)

3. Return the completed forms to the Welcome Center

 

Once you are registered, be sure to:

1. View video demonstrations for equipment use in Patriot Hall.

2. Check in and out at the information desk on the 3rd floor of Patriot Hall (by the track).

3. Enjoy your health and fitness experience!

Community Fitness

All fees are per academic term and are subject to change.

 

General Public - $99Graduates of CCC - $55
Senior (62+) - $60Patriot Hall Punch Card - $25 for 5 visits
Veteran/Military/First Responder - $60Track/Court Punch Card - $15 for 5 visits

1.Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

2. Review Rules and Regulations for use. Please read these carefully before registering to use the facility. All participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all Patriot Hall Rules and Regulations.

3. Fill out the Bandit Community Fitness Registration and Liability Release forms at the beginning of each academic term:

Registration and Liability Release Form (Adult 18+)
Registration and Liability Release Form (Minors 16-17)

4. Submit completed forms and pay the corresponding fee at the Welcome Center in Columbia Hall.

5. Obtain an ID card for entry (at the Welcome Center). You can initially use the facilities without an ID card.

6. View video demonstrations for equipment use in Patriot Hall.

7. Use your ID card to check in and out at the information desk on the 3rd floor of Patriot Hall (by the track).

8. Enjoy your health and fitness experience for the term!

Sign Up for a Fitness Orientation Session!

Sign up at the front desk in Patriot Hall, on the 3rd floor

Fitness orientation sessions includes:

  • A cardio and weight equipment overview with emphasis on proper use and technique
  • Reviewing sample fitness plans
  • How to set and measure personal fitness goals
  • Developing individual fitness plans for summer term

 

Students who complete the fitness orientation will be able to check back in for level 2! Each session is limited to 15 students, so be sure to add your name to the list to secure your spot. This orientation is free and open to all persons registered for a Student Fitness or Bandit Community Fitness course.

Hours of Operation

Facilities are subject to College scheduling, events and closures. Weight and cardio use priority is given to college classes and events. Reserved times will be posted below and communicated each term.

To participate in Patriot Hall's Open Gyms, you must be a registered member to use the facility.

Renting Patriot Hall
