Proof of Enrollment or Degree

Current Clatsop Community College students who need proof of enrollment for insurance companies, employers, Scholarships, etc. may come to the Welcome Center on the first floor of Columbia Hall to request an enrollment verification letter.

Clatsop CC will issue a replacement or additional copy of a diploma for a fee of $15. Requests for a replacement or additional copy should be sent to the Registrar’s office in writing; by either email, mail, or in person to the Welcome Center.

Allow 8-10 weeks to prepare your diploma.

Clatsop Community College has authorized the National Student Clearing house to provide enrollment and degree verifications on its behalf. Employers or organizations seeking to verify the degrees or enrollment of current or former students should contact The National Student Clearing house at
