Student Login Help

To begin using your FREE Student Email and Office 365 account, accessing an online course, or logging in to the student lab computers, please follow the simple steps below.

Register for Classes

Username & Password | CCC Student Portal

Old Username Format

continue to use this format:

[First Initial, Last Last Name, Last four digits of your Student ID]


Jane Smith-Doe, with the Student ID 123-4567, would have the Username:

New Username Format

you will have the new format which will be:

[First Name].[Last Name]


John Doe would have the Username:


New Students: If you applied online, you created your own password.                                                                      OR
A randomly generated password was sent to the personal email address you originally furnished to the College. (Check your spam folder.)

Everyone: If your password doesn’t work, or if you can’t find, never had, or can’t remember it, contact the First Stop to have them reset and resend your password. (503) 338-2411. 
Alternatively, you can put in a ticket to the Computer Services Help Desk. If you do both, they will cancel each other out.


Browse to address: and enter your Student Username and Password.

For Brightspace Login Instructions, browse to the Brightspace page:

From the college website,, click on "Quicklinks", then click on "Office365 Login". You will be warned that you are leaving the college's website, in this case that is ok.

When you get to the Office 365 login page enter your student email address and password as above. (link sends e-mail)

Use our lab on campus or at home(!

  1. In box labeled “Username”: Enter your username (in format shown above).
  2. In box labeled “Password”: Enter your password (in format shown above).
  3. In box labeled “Log in to”: Make sure that “ccc” is selected from the list.

If you are experiencing problems logging into lab computers, student email and Office 365, Brightspace, or MyCCC, please submit a ticket to receive help or email helpdesk.
