Student Login Help

To begin using your FREE Student Email and Office 365 account, accessing an online course, or logging in to the student lab computers, please follow the simple steps below.

Username & Password | CCC Student Portal

Old Username Format

IF YOU APPLIED BEFORE 06/15/2020,
continue to use this format:

[First Initial, Last Last Name, Last four digits of your Student ID]@students.clatsopcc.edu

Example

Jane Smith-Doe, with the Student ID 123-4567, would have the Username:
JDoe4567@students.clatsopcc.edu

New Username Format

IF YOU APPLIED AFTER 06/15/2020,
you will have the new format which will be:

[First Name].[Last Name]@students.clatsopcc.edu

Example

John Doe would have the Username: john.doe@students.clatsopcc.edu

Password

Your Birthday in the format:
A@YYYYMMDD (Y=year, M=month, D=day)

Example

March 1st, 1984 would use the password: A@19840301

Browse to address: https://clatsopcc.brightspace.com and enter your Brightspace Username and Password.

 

For Brightspace Login Instructions, browse to the Brightspace page: https://www.clatsopcc.edu/brightspace

From the college website, https://clatsopcc.edu, click on "Quicklinks", then click on "Office365 Login". You will be warned that you are leaving the college's website, in this case that is ok.

When you get to the Office 365 login page enter your student email address and password as above. You email address is your username followed by @students.clatsopcc.edu, so our example of Jane Smith-Doe above would have the email address: jdoe4567@students.clatsopcc.edu (link sends e-mail)

  1. In box labeled “Username”: Enter your username (in format shown above).
  2. In box labeled “Password”: Enter your password (in format shown above).
  3. In box labeled “Log in to”: Make sure that “Students” is selected from the list.

If you are experiencing problems logging into lab computers, student email and Office 365, Brightspace, or MyCCC, please fill out the Login Failure Report Form (.pdf, 29KB), print it, and return it to Computer Services in Columbia Hall, Room 102.
