Jarrod Hogue
Jarrod joined Clatsop Community College as its President in 2024.
Jarrod brings over 20 years of leadership experience across university, community college, K–12, and virtual education settings. He previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Mt. Hood Community College, including executive dean and associate vice president. He also served in the capacity of acting chief academic officer for all career and technical education, apprenticeship, workforce development, and high school services and programs.
Jarrod holds a Master of Science from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and a bachelor’s degree from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon. He and his wife Mary are proud parents of two active daughters. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and learning about local history.

Provost
Teena Toyas
Teena was appointed as Provost in 2023, following her impactful role as Dean of Transfer Education, where she managed faculty and oversaw the college’s health and wellness facility, Patriot Hall.
Teena has dedicated over 25 years of service to Clatsop Community College.
Teena’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Murray State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Austin Peay State University and an Associate of Science from Dyersburg State Community College. Her extensive experience in higher education and her commitment to student success have made her a pivotal leader at Clatsop Community College.
