Complete Clatsop Community College’s free online admissions application if you are a new degree- or certificate-seeking student. After you submit the application, you will receive an email confirmation and once you submit the required items, you will receive your “Admission-Next Steps” email within 3-5 business days. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well.
CCC offers several placement options to help determine the appropriate Math and Writing courses for you.
You may demonstrate your math and writing placements through any of the following options:
You may upload your transcripts through your application portal or request that official transcripts from your previous college(s) be sent directly to CCC.

After completing the admissions process, book an appointment with an Academic Advisor to develop your academic plan, select your courses, and become oriented to the college. First term advising is highly recommended to start you off on the right track at CCC. The link to book an appointment with your advisor will be included in your “Admissions-Next Steps” email.
Payment is due by Monday of the second week of term to avoid a $50 late fee. Payments can be made via your MyCCC Portal under “Student Finance” tile, by visiting the First Stop in Columbia Hall, or by calling 503-338-2411.
You can also arrange a payment plan by going to the “Student Finance”, clicking “Payment Center” and “Arrange a Payment Plan”
Financial Aid (if applicable) will be first applied to the charges on a student’s account, if there are leftover funds they may be refunded to the student for living expenses. Students can have their financial aid refunds deposited directly into their banking account by following these steps:
Students transferring college credit to CCC should submit official transcripts from previously attended colleges. CCC will evaluate your prior coursework to determine applicable transfer credit. Official transcripts should be sent via your prior schools website via Parchment or Clearinghouse or to admissions@clatsopcc.edu
