NEW! Sign up for a summer fitness orientation session!

New this summer, sign up for a fitness orientation session led by Lydia Eastman! This introductory level 1 orientation includes:

  • A cardio and weight equipment overview with emphasis on proper use and technique
  • Reviewing sample fitness plans
  • How to set and measure personal fitness goals
  • Developing individual fitness plans for summer term

Students who complete the fitness orientation this summer will be able to check back in this fall for level 2! Sign up at the front desk in Patriot Hall, on the 3rd floor. Each session is limited to 15 students, so be sure to add your name to the list to secure your spot. This orientation is free and open to all persons registered for a Student Fitness or Bandit Community Fitness course this summer.

Monday, July 9th  6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday, July 10th 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

 


 

Fitness Facilities

Indoor Running Track: 3 lanes, 16.75 laps = 1 mile

Weight Room: Free weights and machines

Cardio Room: 21 Machines

Gym Floor/Court: Open gym activities each term

Locker Rooms: Shower facilities and lockers

2 Studio Fitness Classrooms, 2 Standard Classrooms

 


 

Hours of Operation

Facilities are subject to College scheduling, events and closures. Weight and cardio use priority is given to college classes and events. Reserved times will be posted below and communicated each term.

 

Spring Term (ends June 24th)
Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday + Sunday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
 

Summer Term (June 25th – Sep 23rd)

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday, Saturday + Sunday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
