Clatsop Community College’s Board of Education Seeks Area Resident to Fill Board Vacancy for Zone 3

The Clatsop Community College Board of Education is seeking applicants to fill the Zone 3, Position 7 board seat left vacant by the recent resignation of Tim Lyman.  Applicants must reside within the zone area and be eligible to vote in Clatsop County. The successful applicant will be appointed by the Board of Education to serve out the term through June 30, 2027.

Zone 3 runs roughly from Warrenton south to Arch Cape. A map of zone districts is attached for reference. They must have lived within the district for one year immediately preceding the appointment. 

Applicants should submit a resume and letter of interest by Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, to Felicity Green, Executive Coordinator to the Board of Education. Application materials may be submitted via email at fgreen@clatsopcc.edu or mailed to Felicity Green at Clatsop Community College, 1651 Lexington Ave, Astoria, OR 97103.
