Clatsop Community College’s Board of Education Seeks Area Resident to Fill Board Vacancy for Zone 3

The Clatsop Community College Board of Education is seeking applicants to fill a vacant position on the board for Zone 3. The vacant zone position includes the areas of Cannon Beach, Seaside, Gearhart, Arch Cape area, Warrenton, Clatsop Plains area, Necanicum area south of Seaside, and Stanley Acres north of Seaside. 

The College is accepting applications to fill the board vacancy for Zone 3 through September 3rd. Interested persons are asked to submit letters of interest for the position accompanied by resumes of relevant experience. Those applying for Zone 3 representation must be a registered voter residing within Zone 3 and have been a resident within the district for one year immediately preceding the appointment. Applications must be submitted to the President’s Office at Clatsop Community College at 1651 Lexington Ave, Astoria, OR 97103 or by email to pschulte@clatsopcc.edu.

The Board will review the applicants and arrange interviews in September. Additional questions or inquiries may be made to Pat Schulte at pschulte@clatsopcc.edu.
