Increasing regulation of the financial industry is driving demand for well trained accountants with the communication skills to work as part of a team to improve the competitiveness of organizations and businesses.
The Associate of Science, Oregon Transfer (ASOT) degree is the starting point for a transfer student pursuing further study of accounting. Four year schools also produce options for graduates of Clatsop’s Accounting Technician and Business Management Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degrees.
