Join Zoom Meeting

Students that do not have access to the necessary technology to participate in online classes can sign up for in-person computer lab time in Columbia  Hall 110 on the Lexington Campus.

 

We are currently planning on having the computer lab open from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays and will be limiting it to 4 students at a time.

Please note that CCC is adhering to the social distancing standards that have been set by local and state government and that this is only for students who have no other ways to participate in online classes.

Appointlet

ABE / GED® / ESL

We offer instruction for students who wish to obtain their GED®, learn skills to prepare for careers or higher education, or to improve basic math, reading or English language skills.

Admissions

The admissions office has moved to virtual/phone appointments only. Appointments can be scheduled with Appointlet. The meetings can be held via Phone or Zoom.

Advising

Students who need advising or assistance choosing classes for spring term can set up a virtual/phone meeting by pasting the following information in your web browser: ccc.appointlet.com

  • If you are a current student and know what you are interested in taking, choose a ½ hour appointment.
  • If you are new to CCC, have a petition to complete, or have a more complex need, choose a 1 hour appointment.

Counseling Center

The Counseling Center at Clatsop Community College will be providing virtual counseling services by way of Zoom until further notice.  Sessions are available to students who may be experiencing anxiety and/or depression-related symptoms and would like to speak with a mental health counselor. The counseling sessions are provided for students at no cost.

Disability Services

Financial Aid & Scholarships

CCC’s Financial Aid Office works with all types of programs to help pay for attending CCC. We can answer questions about applying for and receiving funding from, CCC scholarships, Oregon Promise, Pell Grant, Veterans Benefits, student loans and other forms of financial aid.

Help can be provided with completing the FAFSA or ORSAA.

Lives in Transition

The Lives In Transition program provides a trauma-sensitive environment encouraging students to develop greater self-awareness about their educational goals, enhance self-esteem, overcome personal barriers, and establish clear career directions. we offer 2 classes, Overcoming Barriers to Student Success and Life Transitions- tuition free, each class is 3 college credits.

Registrar’s Office provides the following services to our student and community members: sending out CCC transcripts, registering for classes, performing transcript evaluation, receiving payments, awarding degrees and certificates, processing grades, perform enrollment and other academic record verification, release of information, non-disclosure, along with general information. We will continue services using virtual/phone/email methods.

TRIO Student Support Services (SSS)

We are a federally funded program serving first generation, low income or disabled students to become strong successful students at Clatsop, leading to graduation and possible transfer to a university. We focus on study strategies, time management, financial aid, scholarships and navigating transferring to a university. We now have a virtual TRIO SSS office.
