Return Policy

ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS!

NEW & USED TEXTBOOKS and course-specific materials may be returned for full refund through the first week of term OR through the second week for dropped classes only (proof of schedule change is required).  

USED TEXTBOOKS  We make every effort to ensure that all used books are clean and complete. However, ALL USED BOOKS ARE SOLD ‘AS IS’.

ALL BOOKS & COURSE MATERIALS must be returned in the same condition as purchased with all components intact, including CDs, study guides & shrinkwrap where applicable.

SPECIAL START DATES:  For classes starting later than the 2nd week of the term, books/materials may be returned within 2 business days after the first class for a full refund.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE: Non-textbook/course-specific merchandise (including electronics) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from purchase date. Items must be in absolutely new condition – unopened and unused, with all tags attached, if applicable.

You must have your receipt for any returns. Debit and credit card returns are returned to the credit card it was purchased on and financial aid returns are returned back to financial aid.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT GIVEN ON:
Clearance items, special orders, shipping fees, art papers, blue books, medicines and food items, any merchandise showing evidence of use, damage, missing tags or pieces, or opened packaging.
