The Mathematics of Timekeeping: Are you ready for 2012?

Annual CCC Art Student Show Opens May 17

The 2012 CCC Art Student Show will be on display at the CCC Art Center Gallery from Thursday, May 17th to Friday, June 8th. The opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, May 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Art Center Gallery, 1799 Lexington Ave., Astoria.

Start College Early - Experience CCC Kids’ College this Summer

CCC Kids’ College will make math, hands-on science, writing, story-telling, and more fun and enriching for 8 to 12 year old students this summer. CCC announces a series of morning camps, organized in 2-hour sessions, from July 9 through August 2 at the main campus, 1651 Lexington Avenue, Astoria. Sessions will operate from 10:00am to 12:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

CCC Hosts International Artist for Workshop and Lecture

International artist Sven Frøkjær-Jensen of Denmark will visit Clatsop Community College for a workshop and public lecture on May 15-16.

Training for New and Returning CCC Literacy Tutors

On Saturday, May 5, there will be a free training workshop for literacy tutors and other interested persons. The training will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Clatsop Community College’s Columbia Hall, room 221, 1651 Lexington Avenue, Astoria. You’re Invited to Tour the College’s MERTS Campus

On May 8, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., everyone is invited to an Open House at Clatsop Community College’s MERTS Campus. This exciting one-day event includes fun activities for all ages, demonstrations, vendor displays, and a free barbecue from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
