Clatsop Community College is seeking community members interested in serving on the Clatsop Community College Budget Committee. The appointed members must be qualified to vote in elections within the district (Clatsop County). The Budget Committee will hold its first meeting on Thursday, April 25th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. with additional meetings held on Thursday evenings in May and possibly early June if necessary. Meetings will be conducted in person at the Clatsop Community College Lexington campus and via Zoom.
Interested parties should submit a letter of interest and a brief resume of relevant experience to fgreen@clatsopcc.edu no later than Monday, April 22nd, 2024 at noon.
Oregon Revised Statute 341.709 requires annual audits of the college.
Chapter 294 of the Oregon Revised Statutes governs budget preparation for Clatsop Community College.

Appointed Budget Committee members serve a three-year term. The College budget, as adopted by the College Board of Education, serves as the financial plan of operation and includes estimates of revenues and expenditures for a given period.
