How long do you have to live in Oregon to be considered a resident?

An Oregon resident student is defined as one who: (1) has maintained a permanent residence in the state for not less than ninety continuous days immediately preceding the first instructional day of the term for which residence is in question, or (2) has extraordinary circumstances which include:
a) Veterans enrolling within one year of separation or discharge from military service.
b) Military personnel on active duty, and their dependents, stationed in Oregon.
c) Dependents of parents or legal guardians who have established residence within the state of Oregon.
