Clatsop Community College and the Fort George Brewery are pleased to announce the December event for the 2016-17 Thursday night Ales & Ideas free community lectures. On Thursday, December 1st, join the college's Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR) and the CCC Small Business Development Center (CCC SBDC) business experts as they share insight and trends on what it takes to create a successful small business.
Doors open with food and beverage service at 6 pm. Seasonal beers on tap, food and other beverages are available for purchase, but no purchase is required. The Fort George Lovell Showroom is located at 14th and Duane St. in Astoria. Minors are welcome.

Kevin Leahy is Executive Director of Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR) and the Clatsop Community College Small Business Development Center (CCC SBDC) He’ll be joined by David Reid, SBDC Lead Adviser, and Walt Postlewait, Executive VP of Lending at Craft 3 and Manager of the 2016-2017 Small Business Management Cohort at our SBDC. Also joining Kevin will be Tammy Lambert, Office Manager, CCC South County & CEDR/CCC SBDC, and Mark Redwine, CCC Adjunct Faculty and Small Business Management program advisor.
