Clatsop Community College is pleased to announce that Patricia Warren has been hired as the College’s Director of College Advancement.
This position represents an investment by the College to build community partnerships and generate support that will help sustain and enhance CCC as a vibrant learning institution that meets the needs of Clatsop County residents.
Since coming to Oregon in 2000, Ms. Warren worked as Grants Development Manager with the YWCA of Portland and as Grant/Fundraising Consultant for clients such as North Coast Land Conservancy, Hands On Greater Portland and the National MS Society, Oregon Chapter. She has also worked as a Grant Writer for OMSI, Annual Giving Manager with SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) as well as Annual Giving Manager with the Oregon Food Bank. Ms. Warren has lived in Astoria since 2006.
“I’m so impressed by the commitment of all those associated with the College to deliver an inspiring and successful student experience. Through the College’s recent re-development, the entire community has engaged with this goal. I look forward to facilitating even stronger partnerships that will serve our students and enhance our community,” says Ms. Warren.
Ms. Warren holds an M.A. in Anthropology/Museum Studies, a J.D. (Law) as well as a B.A in Anthropology and a B.S. in General Studies, all from the University of Washington.
