Conceptual Designs

Skip Stanaway, Principal of SRG Partnership, the architectural firm for the College’s Jerome Campus Redevelopment Project, and Ben Johnson from Walker-Macy provided conceptual site development information at the public meeting held on February 5, 2008

Skip presented the Master Plan Goals, as approved by the CCC Board of Directors at their January 8, 2008 regular board meeting.

Ben Johnson from Walker-Macy Landscape Architects presented an overview of the conceptual site plan, elevations and pedestrian linkage concepts in the area surrounding Towler, Patriot and the Library.

Skip presented the plans for program location and building space functions.

Concepts for space function, Towler Hall.

Concepts for space use and various elevation views of the new building to be constructed along the south side of Lexington Avenue.

Concepts for space usage in Patriot Hall.

Concepts for space usage in the former Auto Tech building.

Concepts for space usage in the Learning Resource Center/Library and answered questions from the audience.
