Clatsop Community College offers the following degrees, certificates, and courses in Health Occupations:

2 year degree:

• Nursing

1 year certificate:

• Practical Nursing
• Medical Assistant

Other - less than one year certificate programs:

• Nursing Assistant - CNA I and CNA II - Acute Care
   
• Emergency Medical Technology
  • EMT - Basic    offered annually
  • Advanced EMT - coming in 2011 - 12
  • EMT - Intermediate - offered as needed
     

Distance Education programs in collaboration with other community colleges:

• In collaboration with other community colleges, Clatsop is partnering to bring the following health occupation programs to our region via distance education.  A student wishing to study the following occupations may take prerequisite courses here at Clatsop, apply for the distance program, and receive the degree via distance delivery while remaining here in the local community.  Below is a list of programs offered in this way, and links to application and information packets.
