Campuses
Main Campus: located at 1651 Lexington Avenue in Astoria. Its nine buildings contain administrative offices and instruction in college transfer, art, business, health occupations, and adult basic skills, including the GED. Buildings located on Lexington Avenue, east of 16th Street, include Towler Hall, Patriot Hall, the Dora Badollet Library, Columbia Hall, Student Services Center, Fine Arts Center, Alder Hall, and the Facilities building.
Marine and Environmental Research and Training Station (MERTS): located about four miles east of Astoria off US Highway 30, on the waterfront, at 6540 Liberty Lane, Astoria. MERTS houses instruction in maritime, fire science, CADD, historic preservation, automotive, and welding.

South County Campus: located at 1455 N Roosevelt Drive in Seaside, Oregon, about 17 miles south of the Main Campus. Services include the Small Business Development Center, customized training to business, and public & community safety training. This campus is also home for Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR), a full service resource center for business & industry.

Performing Arts Center (PAC): located at 588 16th Street, Astoria, about 4 blocks north of the main campus is home to the Arts & Ideas program and the Upward Bound/Talent Search programs.

Other communities which the College serves include Warrenton, Knappa, Clatskanie, Rainier, and Westport, as well as Long Beach, Ilwaco, Seaview, and Naselle in Washington. Classes are offered at a variety of community locations appropriate to the class topic.
