From: Caitlin Wright Clatsop Community College Travel Oregon Customer Service Training Offered At South County Campus Clatsop Community College is excited to offer an online course titled, Travel Oregon: Customer Service Training, at their South County Campus in Seaside, Oregon. The course is an excellent opportunity for business owners to learn how to enhance their overall guest experiences, how to better serve local visitors, and broaden their business’s repeat client base. Plus, this course is offered just in time for participants to implement what they’ve learned for the summer visitor season! Travel Oregon: Customer Service Training is a 90 minute online course offered on four convenient Tuesdays in May and June (05/20, 05/27, 06/03, and 06/10) between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is no charge for this non-credit online course. The training will be lab-monitored for participant assistance. As an additional supplemental learning tool, a Local Tourism Resource Toolkit has been generated to take home after the training. It will provide tools to speak with customers about local and regional attractions. This resource is provided at no cost. What's more, those who complete the training will earn a certificate of completion they can provide to their employers.
