Clatsop Community College Receives $100,000 for Campus Redevelopment from Ann and Bill Swindells Charitable Trust
Clatsop Community College continues to gain positive attention and support for the Jerome Campus Renovation Project from philanthropists throughout the state. Most recently, the Ann and Bill Swindells Charitable Trust awarded $100,000 toward the project.
“This grant provides very important financial support for the campus renovation project,” says Greg Hamann, CCC President. “But it also says a great deal about the role of this project in the future of Clatsop County in that the Ann and Bill Swindells Charitable Trust awards grants only to organizations whose principal mission is to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Oregon. We at Clatsop Community College are very grateful for their recognition and support of our mission to the people of Clatsop County.”
Clatsop Community College continues to move ahead with the Jerome Campus Renovation Project, finalizing plans and securing full funding for the project from a variety of sources. We are both grateful and proud for the financial support received thus far from the State of Oregon, Oregon Community Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation, and now the Ann and Bill Swindells Charitable Trust.
